I currently have a match where I can save the progress mid-turn but whenever I end my turn then it says "General Error - please try again later" (code 15). After that message it immediatly say that the turn had been saved onto the PBEM++ server but I still can play my turn from the point where I saved it mid-turn.

If there are more information needed then just ask away.

They'll need the challenge (i.e. game id) number.

Hover the mouse over the game in the lobby.

Sure, the challenge number is three four four zero seven eight (it doesn't allow me to write it in numbers).

Hi, this is a general communication error with the server. Have you been able to try the turn again and end turn with any success?

To confirm, if you load the turn and just try and save it works ok?

The reason why I ask is that on my end the saving/uploading of the turn to the server uses the exact same bit of code, which has me currently scratching my head as to why it would work for one option and not the other.

Some kind of corruption occurring during the end of turn processing?

Yeah, load the turn and save mid-turn works but not when completly ending the turn. Always give me the message "General Error..." when ending the turn.
Just confirmed it again before posting this reply.

Thanks and I see the issue, the problem is the '\' character in his name. It is not handled properly by the game when sending information to the server.

If you know your opponent, is it possible to ask him to change his user name for PBEM++, maybe with help from Matrix support, as that would resolve the issue until I implement a workaround in the code.
