Nice One - Like the commentary also.... Great stuff -

Please excuse me if this sounds like a list of requests i dont mean to come across like giving orders...

At the mo there are anumber of Lets Play channels and tutorials for WITE2 SDG and XTRG come to mind.. these are great but they go in deep on main campaign .... and great info... however i think Tuts by SDG are probs out of date cause he was going along as he learned.. They are brilliant though btw... what is missing is the intermediate --- small scale campaign tutorial to break new player in so to speak... here are some suggestions....

Can you also explain your intentions objectives more clearly and explain targets etc.

Need to present how we control the Air War though on initial setup rather than AI.... takes approx 30min for manual setup GS minimal GA specific - lil bit of recon as that adds to VP tally i think.... bit on Naval Patrol.... then what to do T2 onwards (i thend to AI then see what is presented in terms of ADirectives and adjust based on that ) most of time Recon and GS only when required. so once T1 air out of way its fairly straight forward - i also manually move fighters to front and tac bombers... where viable manually...

In addition another on Support Unit setup from the get go... slight auto here using flow to top OKH and army groups for a couple of turns...to sort then reapply the basics few pioneers for inf, air defence for panzer where required i tend to minimize unless required - also include arty... If have tried manual from T1 and its painful to setup.... hence the auto flow to top approach i where i change support levels - ending up with corps and armies on SL 3 then 2 for army groups and 1 or 0 for OKH etc... then lock them in at corp level...

Just Air and SU plus the T1 T2 and so on .... would make a great intro on R2L ---

Depot Management is also another piece to do manual...as we know a bit of strategy here to create depots at front level 4 on appropriate rail yards and flow back down the stack the further back... hex ranges circa 6 - 9 between if possible...

Thoughts? I think if we nail these areas - greater intro of new players particularly with R2L...as the frustration i think for some is when you AI you miss out on whats going on which leaves a sense of this game is bigger than me and i dont know what im doing... there is definately a way to gear intros for manual on small scenario like R2L...... i think we missing this on youtube at mo...

Thanks Vin, very good suggestions. I will keep them in mind.

I tried to do a Major play through with a friend, but real world issues got in the way. Maybe try again with him.
