Many times I dont see where he has made attacks, moved ships (as long as they dont stay in the sea where I can see changes through the minimap) or rebase airplanes.

Just now I thought he could only count on 3 tactical points and he was able to send 9 because of moves I hadnt seen.

Is it possible to see every move he does (I have gone through the Interface preferences and havent seen that one) or we should ask it as an improvement?

If you could provide one example of this problem, with a saved game and an explanation of who did what, I will investigate.

General complaints about what the program does (does not do) don't let me understand what you are seeing/experiencing.

A second thought is that perhaps the units that moved are in a stack and not the top unit. That way they could be 'hidden'.

CTL U lets you select a group of units to find out where they are on the map. I use it to identify where the enemy naval transports/AMPH are. I also check out the locations of all the enemy carriers.

In the case of air units you can filter for enemy air units (by type) on the map that are not disorganized.

What he means that, in a netplay game, you can't see what your opponent is doing in real time.

Yes, I was not meaning a bug:

I was meaning that it would be very nice and make the game friendlier if the screen took you where he is moving units, because in the naval movement part for example, I would need to be constantly moving around along the map to see where he is moving units, I know he is moving but I dont know to which sea or port. If it is a sea, I can see it in my minimap and then go to the detail map and check, but if it is to a port, I will never know he moved a ship from a port to another.

Unless my mate tells me, and sometimes there is scarce communication.

All the same, he had some planes in Malta, which he must have rebased a couple of times and I didnt know that (I would have to check all the planes stacks in the board every impulse) and suddenly I found them supporting defense in Holland.

Same for rail, land moves...

In Vassal, you can select a feature that takes you to every move your opponent does, so that you can see it as if it was a board game. Of course you can get crazy if there are more than 2 players in the game because the moves would take you to many places very fast, but in the present state of the game (or forseeable future, i believe) this would be very nice and would also save a lot of time ckecking every stack, trying to find out what he did move.

I was not positive on whether this was implemented and maybe I didn't know how to call it, so I made it a question.

I hope I made myself clearer this time. Sorry.

P.D.: Also, it would be nice to get a summary of the ground strikes you are going to have because sometimes I see dice rolling and I had previously no idea that I was being ground striked, if it was by an ART or there was no air fight. Not that you can do anthing but it would be nice to know it before you see a roll and a result of something you didn't know was being bombed.
There was something else on lack of info but I forgot... I 'll edit if I remember

EDIT: The minimap could show not only the ships at sea but also the same info on ports. I guess it is not there to prevent filling the screen and making it unreadable, but there could be an option to include these data or not.

Feature request = "center on opponent's moves" in Vassal.

Copying Vassal functionality is logical. But make it also an option, as it sometimes hinders you as well. Maybe intermediate option would be is to introduce a new view on the global map, with highlights were the moves are in the current phase.

That would be even better, because you wouldnt need to stare at the screen for 20 minutes to be taken where the many CW naval moves in a naval action or GE land in a land action are made. After you had your sandwich, you can come back to see the last moves and you get a summary screen after all has been made and you can check some specially relevant.
