Status: offline 		I have 100% good relation with a major. I successfully roll for Victory Pact and it shows up in the reports with * besides our names. However next turn our relation has dropped to Friendship Pact.
Can email you the saved game if needed. Thanks.

Status: offline 		Read Letterbox, the AI probably unilaterally decreased the pact level. They do this a lot.
