If you just DOW Yugo instead of waiting for the coup event to bring them in on allied side - is there a downside to this? Or it's fine and won't cause diplomatic problems with USSR/USA? ty.

Taking Yugo will increase USSR/USA mobilization, so more MPP's for big guys. What is more, allies are forced to pay 120 (I believe so, don't remember exact number) for the event, and less cash for Allies is always good.
But - if Yugo is turned via event, Allied player will have an opportunity to move/upgrade their units, this makes taking Yugo more costly. What is more, coup event may fire late, messing up your Barbarossa.
