I'm an old timer and quite tactile, so I like to read real books/manuals still. Since finding a good copy of the original game is out of the question, I decided to get a PDF version printed. Depending on what you are looking for in terms of black/white, color, binding, size, etc. you can spend over $200 pretty quickly and $80+ very quickly. I did find what I believe is a suitable version from a company called print-my-pdf.com (turns out it's a UK company I believe). I uploaded the PDF, requested the default paper, printed doubled sided, a double ringed binder with a plastic front/back cover for about $32. It certainly did the trick for me and I'm quite happy with the results for that price. It arrived in 10 days from my order. Color would have cost about $90 so I'm happy with B/W for that price.
