Can't find Granada in Spain. I assume it should be the hex north east of Gibraltar?

 Yes: The funds, arms and communications equipment delivered to Republican guerrillas, as well as
the leadership and coordination provided by O.S.S. agents, will enable the Republicans to start
launching attacks on Axis resources in Spain. There will be a 10% chance of disruption at the mines
in Gijón, and 5% at Granada, Córdoba and Barcelona. The damage inflicted will vary from 1-4
strength points.

Good spot, and thanks for mentioning this, I'll get the Strategy Guides updated.

The locations that will suffer damage are:

81,51 - the mine at Gijón
86,59 - Murcia
82,58 - Córdoba
89,53 - Barcelona
