Are the airbases in Russia after capture supposed to have 75 starting experience? All the other German bases have 70 that are in Germany proper. Or will this auto-correct once I go to turn 2?

Here is Berlin for reference as all the rest that I checked are 70 too.

Most likely due to the vodka rations captured at the airbase.......

Could very well be the case, cases, errr I am seeing double.

Yes, as Gary decided to use the air national morale when bases change hands. This means the early airbases are lower.
