Hello Al,
Do you think it would be possible in WP2 to modify the capabilities of travel by rail according to each territory rather than by nation. I guess for WP it's not provided for by the coding system.
Because for travel in the Middle East, the travel capacities by rail do not correspond to the reality of the rail network.

In addition, the ideal would be to be able to attack the rail network using tactical or strategic aviation.
