There might be 2 issues in one:

Ferry hexes are under Soviet control for no reason and Kherson is not getting any freight. I tried setting Nikolaev at #3 so all naval freight movement should go to Kherson but in that case there was no naval freight movement at all. This is happening for at least few turns.

Server game vs Lovenought. 0.15 and 0.19 patches.

Near Leningrad there are no such problems with ferry hexes

I have problems only in the South. North is perfectly fine in my case.

I noticed it in 0.15 also.

wonder if its because I never cleared the northern of the 2 Estonian islands ... that might be creating something that projects Soviet control over the Baltic?

Im seeing ferry hexes flip to Sov control under the latest patch (1.19). Seems like a bug that came with the patch.

Let me show my islands :)

I guess it has something to do with this fix:
Areas that should be in supply via ports are showing as isolated (Baltic Islands, cut off ports like Odessa � new bug created in 1.02.14). Fixed.

Ok, I see the problem, and it does look like the code added in the most recent beta causes the ferry hexes to show as Soviet. Interesting thing is that German supply is traveling over them so if it's blocking supply shipments, it's just sea shipments that are getting blocked. Gary will try to correct this. Do we know that no sea shipments are going over these hexes (that had been going over them before the latest change)?

Actually Nikoalaev is getting freight from the sea. But Kherson not.

Kherson may be a different issue then. If you are seeing some sea supply going past these Soviet controlled ferry hexes, then it's likely that control is just shifting at the end of the logistics phase and is not actually blocking any shipments.
