Status: offline 		When I switch to the show flak numbers screen, the amounts appear to be overstated for Air HQ counters. Two examples:

OKL: shows as 9/9 when all of its flak is allocated to Locations

Luft #4: shows as 3/1 when all is has are the 57 guns in 191st Mixed Flak Battalion. This battalion is located at Ploesti and therefore is not travelling with the HQ.
