Status: offline 		Adjacent land hexes that don't have connecting land borders can give supply. Examples: new hebrides, Singapore and Kuala lumpur across the strait to northern Sumatra, Cape Carot to Bangka island. I suspect this would take too much programming to fix vis-a-vis the similar rail issue.
