I'd like to announce that GD1938v3 version 107 is now in the scenario bank. This version fixes a few bugs, and adds some tweaks to existing features.
- The Lobby card is once again working. It was not available, as it should have been, after war in Europe occurred.
- The Lobbying system is now improved. Where the range of the lobby before was failure or 1 point difference, the difference is now a range of numbers. This means that lobbying can be effective once again. However it will never be so effective that it stops the US from getting closer to entering.
- Isolationism length has been adjusted. This means that the time the US player has to wait before being able to go to war, is reduced. This change has been made to all the settings you can select.
- The US economy bug has been fixed. Before this fix the US economy would get to a certain point, and then after each turn get bigger and bigger, automatically. This was an error. The US economy boosts now happen as they were supposed to work.
- Diplomatic visits now result in a minimum of 1 drift being added. The reason for this is that if not, some country could get into a situation where if discorded enough, wouldn't be able to get out of the negative drift that they'd get, thus ensuring they'd never be able to get control of the country.
- Bombur also made some changes to the SFTs/Items. I hope he will detail them as well.
