One of the other treads was going on about winning the game. I have seen 6 players win the game, France got beat like a redheaded stepchild. Has anyone seen a 7 player victory.

I'd say that happens when everyone is in agreement and says, "Enough of this. Let's go out and get a beer or Chinese Food -or something." :)
