When deploying mines, obstacles and barbed wire you have keyboard shortcuts such as "A" for mines, etc. What's the darn shortcuts for the barbed wire? I can't make out what it says on the icons, and I've tried every key I can think of.

There isn't one. There is nothing printed on the keys. You have to use the keys, evidently...
