Is tehre anyway to restrict teh movement of your subs? I have several that have enough sys damage that I want to put them in port a while and let them repair. However tehy keep leaving and I keep placing them under Human control and sending them back. I am playing allies early in Scenario 25 (the historical , Midway happened one) and I woudl really like to save some of the subs from long fruitless patrols .

Go to the game options menu and turn "Auto Sub Ops" to off. You can still set individual sub task forces to computer control but at least the AI will leave your subs alone that aren't computer controlled.
