Got some errors in the Chinese OOB's, and some potential ones. Are foreign equipment supposed to have the same ratings? EG, a captured Japanese tank; should that have the same ratings in both OOB's? How about TMG vs. BMG--if it's the same weapon in a different slot, shouldn't it have the same PEN and WARHEAD ratings (ACC and RANGE could easily be different, the bow is a less than ideal position)?

I don't want to report a non-issue.
