Can any of you historically savy individuals  out there refer me to a reference (or series of them) for information regarding force locations by date (by division or battalion is fine) and the rough numbers of units produced (infantry, armor, vehicles....all of it) for the nations in WW2?

Yeah, I know, it is a big requested, but I hope some of you out there can point me in the right direction!

I have found bits and pieces of information here and there, but nothing extensive and nothing in one location.

Another thought - does any one know of any table top games that have done a fair job of placing what unit was where for a particular time frame?

Thanks Guys!

So, I found Voriax's postings under http://www.matrixgames.com/default.asp?URL=http%3A//www.matrixgames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php%3Fs%3D%26forumid%3D52 AFTER I posted this......that is the way it always is.

Lots of good info in there - Thanks Voriax.

If anyone knows of any others, let me know!
