It's the Panzer IV F2 from Bandai. I'll convert it to a late Panzer IV J.

this will imply a lot of scrach built

And for the R/C I take the parts of an 1/16 Tiger I FO from Tamiya.

Have you built the 1/16 Tamiya Tiger?!

I built the old 1/24 long time ago. But I'm moving to smaller scales now.

The Tiger isn't finished yet, but you can see some pictures here:

And regarding sacles, I'm in the process of moving to larger scales. I started with 1/35.

What have you guys been smoking, and can I have some? :) I mean, look at the numbers! The Easy 8 in SPWAW is configured in such a way that it eats Pz-IV tanks for breakfast. It has greater armour penetration, true, but do not forget the Easy Eight frontal armour slope of 30-40 degrees compared to the meager ~10-20 degrees of the Pz-IV.

If you want to kill Easy Eights, use Panthers.

The HVSS isn't an Easy8. I believe the question wasn't meant to compare the M4E8 either, simply because it's an easy mis-match, while the HVSS is something of a closer comparison.

HVSS means Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension. I don't know if any other M4 variants but the E8 had that, though.

Um, is there a non-E8 HVSS tank somewhere? Because I cannot seem to see it. Are there some of the others that are HVSS-type but not E8?

M4A1(76)W, M4A2(76)W, M4A3(76)W (this is the one some call -E8, which was afaik code for the prototypes), then M4(105) and M4A3(105)
each had HVSS versions. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong

Ah okay! It's just not in the tanks' name. Thanks Voriax.

I assumed the HVSS I saw in SPWAW was a singular unique one, in that no other Shermans were called that. As well, the M4E8 had much greater armor (gamewise), but what do I know, afterall the latest version I saw was 7.1. I just looked at what the tanks were named, in the game and noted the significant armor difference between what was listed as a pretty average Sherman (HVSS) and another called an M4E8 which was much more armor. Why if so many of the Shermans were this 'HVSS' and only one of them were listed as such, I sure wouldn't know.

Got StuG?

Seriously, in SP:WaW, that size difference makes up for the reduced ROF. Even more so if facing the Russians... can't hit the broad side of a barn, you know..
