I've tried everything i can think of (including banging my head into the wall, hehe).

DR wont accept my credit card, the European ordering telephonenumber comes up as not in use, the North American ordering number is in use but nobody is answering, and mail support hasnt answered in the hour since i sent them a request (and knowing how fast the average supportservice is, i guess i should feel lucky if i get a reply before next week).

Is there anything i can do ? (i could always phone and terrorise Matrixgames themselves, but would there be any purpose in that apart from frustrating them ? ) That is, provided anyone is still left at the office, hehe.

I am out of ideas

Know anyone with a credit card drawn on a different bank? The DR folks are probably sitting in the bar recovering from the beatings they took all day from the Matrix guys.

I had the same problem.
I called the NA line and they got me setup real quick. They are open 24/7, I asked, so don't give up. I don't no what to tell you about the European line, but I do know just an hour ago the NA line was working and they told me they would be there 24/7.

hehe, thats probably true Frag

The problem is that its midnight in Norway (0:30 AM), and all of my family is using the same bank. Its never been a problem before, so i didnt even consider the possibility of something happening

Probably DR had a problem once upon a time with that bank and someones card so they stuck them on the manual verification list. Much as it sucks for you, you have to look at it from DR's perspective. Once you download, there is no ability for them to get paid. It is not like they can hold up the shipment.

Just to give you an idea of the joys of banks, the largest in Canada (Royal) dumped in some new code last month and EVERYONE's account transactions stopped for 3 days right at the end of the month. No rent, mortgage, direct deposits were bounced, you name it. Millions of people went home rather unhappy.

Oh, i understand them very well, and im not angry at DR (but i am annoyed at the situation in general, that i must admit...lol)

I dont understand how it can be a problem in that sense tho, not the way i understand Visa (at least through my bank) works anyway. What i have is not a credit card in that sense, i am not allowed to go below 0 (i dont want to, that has too many pitfalls in it...lol). When i purcase something online, the money is withdrawn instantly, there is no delay. I have never tried to purchase something if i didnt have enough money on the card, so i dont know what happens if there are insufficient funds, if you simply go to minus funds, or the purchase is rejected. Maybe it works differently from bank to bank ?

In any case, i am still crossing everything that can be crossed that i'll still get my copy tonight, thanx everyone for their suggestions and help

Just called North America support / order phone, and they said there was nothing they could do. I'll just cry myself to sleep i guess...lol

Nobody's gotten back to me yet

I've called my bank, and they say that everything is in perfect order, and that no request for payment has been made to them. They claim that if there is a problem, it has to lie between DR and Visa, cause they are not getting anything forwarded to them.

I've tried to purchase again, and this time, im getting a different error message....now it says "We're Sorry.
Your order cannot be completed because either inaccurate or incomplete information was entered." I'll just go back to banging my head into the wall
