Apologies for posting here, not exactly a technical support issue. More of a customer support issue, however, this is my only option.

I have a free weekend, and guess what my plan was?

Ordered the game on Wednesday evening and downloaded overnight. I neglected to write down or otherwise record my order number.

Tried installing the game, need registration number. Vistied Digital River, no matter what I tried, I could not get it to log me in or show a record of my order. I did not have my order number. And using my email address and last 5 digits of CC number had no effect.

Email their support and got an automated response. Replied (per email instructions), since the automated response was of no use. No reply for entire business day today. No other means for contacting Digital River tech support is available on their website.

They are not doing Matrix Games credit by their support of digital download customers.

Is there anyway someone at Matrix games can help me?

got another Question concerning DigDownlaod(Virtual River)

placed my Order, got to the finish screnn and pressed ok. It says where to make my payment and gave my all the neccesary informations. (European Money Transfer was the method)

Now the question: Is my order accepted? Got no confirmation mail about the buy and when trying to view my order status all i got is the message "invalid operation, 211... my IP Adress"

Prince - this happened to me too and so tried a number of times during the day, then contacted digital river as I was concerned I may have multiple orders, they assured me I would have just one, but I have now been charged twice and have been sent two cd's - they are refusing to reimburse and say all orders are final! I am not happy, I have an extra cd which I am happy to return but I'm still 58.73 english pounds out of pocket! Any advice anyone? I have the full discussion of emails if required. Strongly advise that you contact digital river to check if they have your order Prince.

to add some fuel

Just received a mail from "Matrix Games" (real adress ist matrixgames@digitalriver.com or in truth cs_support@digitalriver.com ) telling me Bank Transfer from one account to another take about 10(!!!) days. ((note that this depends on the service level of the bank) Yep, my bank transfers the monwy in max 1 working day, if I am lucky even on the same day.
But if it takes three day, to send me this Mail I am very suspicious of the Service level of Digital River.


The fact that the amount they expect me to pay differs from the one that is stated in my order status is another thing I am somehow emberassad about. As I ordered in € and paid in € I don`t thing there can be any exchange rate variations in the order.

Sorry, but a serious company looks a lot different than digital river.

It can take even longer to wait for a clearance. It depends on both sides, both banks. If I transfer money from my Deutsche Bank account to my Sparkasse account then it takes 4 days and that´s inside Germany

As for the other problem, please drop an email with both emails (invoice and the other one from DR) attached please to : support@matrixgames.com . We will check in with DR then.

I would like to do that;)

But the Mails I got from DR included just my order Number, no invoice . Its just what I saw on the "check your order screen", but even this can`t been senn anymore, since they are waiting for the funds to be cleared....

In short Terms, an invoice was never received by me, thats what my whole problem is.

I just had the one which I did make a screenshot of.
