Status: offline 		Paul has said it before: Killed/dispersed troops are not automatically counted as dead and buried. They can have suffered casualties so much that they are out of battle. Infantry wisdom from Winter War: Don't kill, shoot to immobilize infantry as it takes 2-4 mens to carry wounded men to backlines. mosh

But a times the whole squad/crew does get killed, heavily wounded or captured. And anyway the killed ones do get replaced and those replacements sometimes are green troops.

So I would expect that sometimes replacement squad and crews sometimes (random event) got a lower experience in campaigns.
