It would be a grand thing to be able to do SQL like work on the WiTP saved game database(s). Is their a means to extract the database into text files? What I want to extract is all that stuff we see in the screen boxes when we search through bases, task forces, air units, etc. I would want to use such a tool to extract to a delimited file, with fields like: Location, Unit, Unit Qualities and Quantities(sev columns), etc. For quick analysis, you'd import it into Excel and do pivot tables, sorts, etc. Same would go with all the production data. (A SINGLE interactvie production management screen in the gamer would be AWESOME, instead of going to each base and pecking around and forgetting something.) Simply put, an ability to do snapshot table extracts of current scenario data for detailed database analysis would be of great value to me. ================= Playing WitP is similar to managing a business, I tell you.
