Help! My Jap Transport hijack by Allied Gangster!!!

Playing as japan, I just capture Soerabaja and put many of my transport in the harbor. The next day some allied commandos(dutch? or Computer) hijack one of my 3k AP and sailed it toward Bataan(held by US/PI forces) to evacuate an US based force to Darwin, AUS. Well luckily I was able to "take control" (turn the computer controll off) of the transport after it was 120miles off of Soerabaja. We'll wouldn't you know it, over the next three days, 2 more of my transport were hijack in similar manners. The last one I decide to let the transport sail into Bataan, pickup the US base force and attempt to sail to darwin. I figure, I just retake the ship once it's on the high seas. But alas, the transport just sat in Bataan, not loading OR getting shot at by shore batteries.

Do you have a repeatable save of this ? If so send it to me along with any info I might need to run the turn (settings, password, etc..). BTW, what version ? I'm assuming 1.21
