Am I right in suspecting that Japanese forces in China/Manchuria are pretty much out of supply? That or they are heavily disrupted to be have a 2 or 3-1 advantage in numbers over the allies and still be suffering 2-1 losses the wrong way.

You are right, the Allies should be able to get the 2-1 victory sometime in the Fall of 1945. This is assuming the Allies aren't driven back into the Korea Strait first. Then they will be fighting into 1946.
