UV has no official Release Date, but I would hope it is polished to at least a 'high gloss' before it is released. So many PC games today, are shoved onto the consumer by the Marketing Dept-- long before they are truly ready for release. Too often, games could barley be classified as Beta Versions when they are released to the consumer. Then you spend more time cursing system crashes and loading patches than you actually do playing. I applaud you'all for not "strapping" your work to a release date.

What are you talking about,I've purchased hundreds of computer games since 1995 and I've not run into any of these beta versions you speak of. what sort of crappy company have you been purchasing from? Curious.

Not to name any names but another Pacific War game by a full circle company.

Happily this take the money & run (aka BattleCruiser 2000 etc.) syndrome has not been nearly as prevalent in wargames as it has been the in knee jerk reaction genre.
