Does anyone know if the Bangkok bug is fixed?

In my old game V1.00 to 1.21 the Allied base of Bangkok is attached to IJ Army HQ and reverts back if I try to change it.

I've now discovered that V1.30 cannot fix my existing game, but if I start a new game will I end up with the same problem?

Don't want to spend months of my real time to find out the hard way.

Hmmm. Does the lack of response mean no it's not fixed or nobody knows?

Top Cat,

I sent pry a repeatable save of this bug in 1.21, in my upgraded game it did not fix. I believe it is caused by the AI routines because the change happens when the game says "15th Army ....." (need to run a turn to get the wording right. However, I don't know if it is fixed or not.
