Does anyone else experience problems with downloads from matrix site?? I just can't get any files from download section, not even small txt file. Have no idea if it is because of OS firewall settings?? I have Win XP with SP2 installed.

It worked when I turned off my firewall.

So far we've had two people report this problem to us and in both cases they were running two firewalls with one interfering with the other. If you have a similar configuration, try turning off the XP SP2 firewall and seeing if that helps.

Thank you guys. I have Windows firewall and also hardware firewall on my network router. The hardware firewall denied access through ftp ports - 20-21. This was the cause of the problem. Damn it was obvious - will have to learn some stuff about networks
