Is there a good program (or something built-in or included in the SPWAW package that I completely missed) that allows me to print out SPWAW terrain maps out for handy reference and/or a good time killer on how to plan an attack, etc?

Check your main SPWAW folder and look for one named "Map Thing"; your tool is in there.

You can also print from Chlanda's SP WaW Map Editor. Just make sure to read the notes be fore you do.
