I just ordered a digital download of the new "Last Days" campaign. I am on a cable modem, and my transfer rate is averaging about 4.5 kb/second. Currently I am showing 46 hours left before download is complete. Is there some problem with the Digital "River" servers???

Nope, the servers are generally extremly fast. It maybe a server hickup though, who knows. Could also be a bottleneck between your PC and the DR servers.

If you have troubles downloading large files then we suggest you use a download client like "Stardownloader" available for free from www.stardownloader.com . It will let you resume disconnected or broken downloads. You can even pause them and resume them whenever you want.

I got my copy this morning, it was running very nice, took less the a hour to DL for me, so it was running right before, hope your speed picks up

Update: I am using the "Stardownloader" now as Marc kindly suggested (thank you). I am able to resume downloading, but my average transfer rate with Roadrunner is still a paltry 10 kb/s for some strange reason. Oh well, only 6 or 7 more hours and I'll be flying.
