Status: offline 		If you're talking about the Matrix Classic "Pacific War" and NOT the epic "War in the Pacific", the manual is in the form of a .pdf file, "manual.pdf" in the full download. (If you can't find it in your files, try the Version 3.0 download.) I highly recommend going through the tutorial: it really helps in learning the game.
