Sorry, but this SPWAW Depot is currently unavailable while we change hosting servers.
We may be down for as long as 48 hours. Please try again later.

This forum is virtually unmoderated, so we could use some conversation from old friends. What's going on with you guys? I have another bachelor break week coming up, as the wife & daughter are leaving tomorrow morning to visit the in-laws. Before anyone asks, this is a VERY busy time of year for me, and vacation weeks are out of the question. I did manage to get Good Friday off, and then have the freedom to be as loud or as quiet as I want for eight days. I will take advantage of both.

Picking on Alby is always fun to do, KG!

Lets start an Alby bash! His shirt is off limits though, too easy a target...

Fellow bass-players don't "pick" on each other, Goblin. Alby is retro, but still cool. What instrument do you play, and don't tell me the "skin flute" .

Man, I'm surprised you didn't mention the "Stalin Organ", the Katyusha. On that note, I 'm surprised that we don't have more Russian fans. I can't play as them because I screwed with the German OOB. These guys would be fun, though, as they have a great upgrade path but a tough road to get there. Next to the Brits, this is probably the toughest long campaign of the six options.

The first 24 hours are nearly over. What a boring day!

I actually thought about playing SP:WAW!

Well, hello, Jess & Losqualo. It's very nice to have you guys checking in. You should come around more often. There aren't many M4 lovers in these parts, present company excepted.

To Jess in particular, I still wish one of you guys could do an Okinawa mini-campaign. I don't have the talent for design, and this is one series of battles that is neglected in SPWaW. The M4s and flame-tanks were crucial in the bunker-busting at the Shuri Line and elsewhere. Please keep it in mind.

There is some progress. The homepage was up a minute ago, and there is that funny redirect page for the forums...

Hi Gunny,

I really should do that more often. Maybe one day I'll get above the 500 posts barrier that way...
