Hello,

I only play WitP against the AI. So far only Allies. Furthermore, so far I have only activated the Austrialia, New Guinea, Solomons/ South Pacific and Central Pacific areas to Human control, placing India, China and North Pacific area in AI control. India, China and North Pacific have been under AI control for the entire duration of the game to this date. Have never controlled either of these in any way.

I have noticed that in India, with it under AI control, almost every air group at every airbase turned to human control. I don't know if it was a result of the constant splitting and regrouping of airgroups
which goes on in AI controlled India. This same game has gone through several game version releases, at least the last two. 1.3 and 1.4. Was there anything in the 1.3 or 1.4 version that regrouped the airgroups, possibly turning them all to Human control?????

What would cause the AI to fail to control air groups, instead placing them under Human control? While I have sent a number of Southeast Asia airgroups from San Francisco to Columbo via shipping, this can not possibly account for every airgroup at every airbase turning to human control in an AI controlled region!!!!

It made a big mess, then threw up its hands and walked away, leaving it for you to clean up. Happens here where I work all the time!

It means I don't have the faintest idea what happened, so I made a lame joke instead.

But I do think that having any areas under computer control can lead to unpredictable results.
