Looks like the Yamato looped around Borneo and has evil intent in mind. Could be it is going to bombard Koepang or Bali or even Soerabaja.

Nice job by a US sub to put two torps in an undamged Jap CL with full escorts and not get sunk afterward.

I'd love to take the credit, Marc, but it was one of your Dutch boys that stuck that attack in there.

Ah..perhaps they were confused when they made their report I am at work, not working...I was limping along on a doddering memory.

Anyway, it is a just payback for the loss of the 9th DAF survivors, miraculously evacuated from the Celebes only to have their transport sunk by Jap carrier planes in the middle of the Indian Ocean.

Maybe he will put them in GIF format and animate them - little tiny flashes of color to indicate guns shooting, bombs exploding...

I have this incredible sea spray and burnt chordite sample I made with MS Olfaction 2.0, but Matrix wont support the .sml format. Maybe they'll let me if I keep the file size down, though I suspect the real problem is a concern about practical jokesters and .sml files. It is just too easy to mischievously misname a file like "hogfarm.sml", which comes stock with the software, to something like "lavenderinmay.sml", leaving a nasty surprise to anyone who opens the file.

He better know how to fly. In our game, as far as I understand, he has China, and, therefore is in charge of only air and land units.

He told us he had one submarine tender and we sunk it.

That's a little borderline...

Even though it's sort of phunny that the NAACP president is called Mr. White.

As they say in showbiz..."satire always closes on Saturday"

As it happens, Mr. White is historical. He may not have ever authorized the construction of a recreation center by M & M Enterprises, but the desegregation of the armed services was a major goal of the NAACP in the war years. A goal which FDR and Marshall at least publicly endorsed. It just proved a bit more difficult than what one might imagine.
