Here are the sea area boundaries drawn longer where they meet the coast. I think this helps a lot and solves some of the concerns expressed earlier. For example, that Liverpool is adjacent to 2 sea areas is more obvious.

It appears the the thickness of the lines is slightly different from when the are completely at sea. I'll fix that.

I know this was briefly thrashed out in February but what would the rail lines look like if the colours were black with white lines as opposed to white with grey lines? Yes I know not true to WIFFE but with cities/ports(minor)/ all with black borders then this would look good?

I expect I will come back to the road and rail lines some day. I want to smooth the rail lines in some places and the roads are still being drawn in the old style (ala CWIF). I want the roads to curve at bends in the road instead of every turn being a sharp redirection. I'll look at colors for them both then too.
