A Salute to chief..

Ah, you had to ask....well I'm 72 years old and started wargaming with "Silent Hunter 2" and "Panzer General II" in 1999. Stumbled into SPwaw version 4.5 and its been my primary game ever since.

This blew me away!
ALL HAIL TO THE COOLEST CAT ON THIS FORUM!

I'll second that!

For those that don't know, chief is also a scenario tester for several Designers and for The Depot too. He is our Senior Tester (not an age reference ), and was given the Platinum Pig with Clusters award by The Depot. He has tested countless scenarios, and is one of the best at it. His reports and insights are top notch. There is a very good chance that he has tested a SPWaW scenario that a few of you have played.

All hail the chief!

You should see a few of his reports, lol. He does them in this zany German accented print, or some other theme sometimes. Its a riot. Hell of a guy.

I think the subject should have been 'Hail to the Chief..."

I don't know Chief personally, but guessing from his age and reading his past posts he's a veteran of one skirmish or another. And that alone commands my respect.

Keep up the great work Chief, seems you've found a great home here.

Regards,

Rob

PS: I hope I look that good when I'm that old! <grin>
