Hi,

I have been playing Pacwar, UV and WITP for a number of years but I hardly run or exercise. Do you guys exercise? Now I believe playing WITP and running can give you the highs!

What - at the same time? Does running round in circles and tearing your hair count?

I'm athletic as is but the older I get the more I have to do to keep in a decentish shape. I try and do 200 sit ups a day, a few weights. I also try and play badminton once a week.

Bike for 4 hour a day every weekday (7-8 months of the year). Use the exercise bike (about 2 hours a day) when weather prevents outdoor riding and go on shorter outdoor rides (2 hours) when possible. I also play racquetball. I am retired

I'm doing some serious weightlifting.

The weight is usually Hoegaarden, sometimes Stella Artois, or on a special occasions, I lift some Kilkenny. Also, when my gym account runs out, I excerse with Ozujsko (cheap local crap piss-excuse-for-an-ale).

I do find I justify drinking wine or beer after having done some exercise. E.G. I'm playing badminton tonight so i've justified it to myself that its ok to eat this bag of crisps and this drifter bar.

I'm 21 so no need to excercise to keep my weight down. I am doing a bit of excercising to keep my weight up to be honest. Before I joined the army I was 182 cm (6 foot) tall and weighed 60kg (133 lbs) Naturally things improved after my service and now i'm at a comfortable 65-67kg (140-145lbs). Being a tutor and a game master at a youth summer camp oriented on RPG's helped, as we practiced swordsmanship almost every day. lots of other activities involved running around as well..

I don't use car (in fact I don't even have a car, my wife drives the "family car") so I walk couple kilometers each day. That's about maximum effort I would be ready to invest anyway. Riding a bike or jogging seems like wasting awful lot of time

O,

Surely riding a bike would save your time from walking?

LOL Actually I enjoy riding a bike when on vacation, in the father's old family house on the Adriatic island, island that is almost car-free, great for bike riding. Riding a bike in city environment though, seems very dangerous, unhealthy (inhaling exhaust fumes etc.) and unenjoyable by comparison.

I'm 48, I smoke and drink! But I also exercise. I weight lifted and worked out like crazy in school and weighed a whole lean and mean 140 lbs when I got out of high school at 17 - and I only weigh 150 now not too bad after 30 years of abusing my body.

So yah, I exercise and play WitP
