I have never upgraded a ship in the first place, as I've never been that deep in the game, but the leader bug that is most obvious to me, the one where you replace a captain/commander and that old captain/commander doesn't show back up in the availability queue, still goes on, and I'm using V1.602. This seems the most obvious leader bug to me, and how they could claim it's fixed when even Mike Wood said it has many heads, is a mystery. Then again, since V1.602 is a beta maybe the claims to having fixes are a bit more loose.

I confirm this bug.
Vanila WITP Ver.1.60 PBEM Mid of 42
Me as a IJN.

After upgrading the ship I lose good leaders and get crappy generic ALLED captain with stats like 40-40, or 30-30.
This happended 5 times after game start.
