Shaun, Upgraded to PS 1.1 and played my first season with an association I started in 1949. Had played thru 2003. The season record for Most; HR's 49; RBI 163 and BA .353. This season: HR's 149, RBI 268 and BA .429. As always this was a fictional league. Pitcher couldn't compete with these Bonds type hitters. I had thirty batters hit over 50 homers this season. Some thing needs to be retweeked.

I also saw the jump in hr's, but my record was only 88 the first full season under 1.1 beta 1.

Yea this has been noted. It appears to be much more of an issue with upgraded associations. I have made some more changes and hopefully we'll get this smoothed out in the next beta. The good news is this is just the kind of stuff we can shake out during beta to make sure the final is spot on.

I'm moving this thread to the support area and changing the title.

i had an interesting game with 1.1 last night. my 1902 Tigers were playing Washington about 30 games into the season. My entire team had about 12 HRs for the season thus far, i thought thats ok being deadball and everything. that game against the Senators, my Tigs hit 8 ( eight ) HRs alone. the Senators werent pouting though they hit 6-7 for a game score of 26-15.
so i havent seen the huge increase in homers, until last night.

Running a 80's Beta 1.1 MP league. No outrageous homerun spikes at all
Ron Kittle had 11 in the first 22 games but it just turned out to be a red hot month.
However, there is a few players who already have hit more runs this season than in their entire "real" career.

overall, everything is running smooth. the only thing I noticed so far was in the 1st issue of PSPN
the most feared hitter's article had all the hitters with projected averages of under .200

the stolen base glitch looks fixed.
