Got a little special project for you, Cobra. It involves one shipside, and two planesides/tops.

It's one of Admiral Furashita's Fleet, the Dutch aircraft cruiser Moluccas. It's based on the hull of the Dutch battlecruiser you made for me some time ago. It's meant to have two 11" triple turrets in front, and then a flightdeck with a carrier-type island superstructure. I'm including the drawing from the Furashita's Fleet site.

Of course, what's an aircraft cruiser without aircraft? I'd like an F4F-3 and SBD in Dutch colours. I couldn't find graphics of Dutch carrier aircraft (to check for paint jobs), but I'm thinking something like a dark blue or black top paint job, with a white or beige underbelly, and the standard orange nationality marking.

Hey Cobra, I just thought of something for the Dutch planes I ordered: maybe you could give them a similar black/grey tigerstripe paintjob to the Dutch floatplane you've done for the Stock Players planeside upgrade. Looks very nice.

This thread being 14 pages long makes it a bugger to search for... but anyone considered new shipsides for PT boats? I have a really old set and suffice to say they're campy.

I'll keep searching, but if someone knows where they might be or if they're in work please let me know.

Thanks!

I'm working now on PT boats and minors, but not yet available. May be soon...

Fremen I am loving the work that you are doing, I really appreciate the new Maru's.

It is all nice and dandy to do the big capital ships but I truly salute you for your work on the auxillary vessels. I am looking forward to your next release ! The AKs, TKs and APs for both sides are quite terrible in the stock package. The CHS team have added quite a few new vessels/types and artwork.

I would love to see you take a stab at those vessels as well. A nice shiny new Aqutainia and such.

Again...thank you !

Thanks 33Vyper. Don't worry. I am now working on auxiliaries, japanese and allies. However, my re-work is more...slowly than other classes because the tiny information i have. I spent a lot of time searching on the web decent pictures...

the 16F/38 Modified design

9x16 inch guns 30 knots 15 inch belt

Have you some "sketch" or drawing?
To make a profile need a little more information. One or two chimney? Secondary armament?
Like the terminus drawing?

Two stacks, as can be seen in the picture. 46,000 tons, 239 meters long overall, 3*3 406mm (16-inch) main battery, 8*2 133mm (5.25-inch) secondary battery.

I'm 99,9% that this is the class he's talking about; it clicks with the data he gives.
