Hello

Are there any god Level Editor for Steel Panthers World at War? Where i can find them?
I search for an etitor which i can make nice levels with , houses, roads, rises etc...

You mean 'assigning level ratings to terrain'. The levels in the game range from -1 to 30. At least I have not met an editor for how to make nice elevation such as 7,8,9,10. I have just accustomed to think that 0, 10, 20 and 30 are the basic levels and 5, 15 and 25 are the values for slope terrain.
