Enemy troops have been spotted approaching Tsingtao. I was wondering when he'd get around to it...

It's amazing what you find when you look around the map

We found another American submarine just off the coastline of the Home Islands today, and dropped some depth charges on it, as well as its compatriot at Manilla. Other than that, the enemy land forces arrived at Tsingtao. We expect an attack shortly.

Don't put too much into that. All I did was look up a few things in books and online. I think I've proved I'm nothing special at this game.

The expected attack on Tsingtao happened today, with expected results, considering that Bill brought 10 Chinese corps to my one Japanese infantry brigade.

The Chinese army at Tsingtao continued their attack today in an effort to destroy the IJA Tsingtao brigade. Losses were about even.

In the South China Sea, submarine No. 46 sank enroute home from Singapore.

Hey, where'd you get that map? That's classified information (or was)!

Anyhoo, aside from some more ASW work, and artillery duels at Tsingtao, nothing happened today. We have, however, activated Operation Crotch Punch, so that'll change shortly.

A short, inconclusive surface action was fought last night off Soerabaja between light forces of both sides.

Because of the poor visibility, our cruisers failed to bring their overwhelming firepower advantage to bear on the mixed group of Dutch torpedo boats and American minesweepers, but a few enemy vessels were damaged just the same. Despite being hit a few times by the enemy's light guns, none of our ships suffered any significant damage.

The Tsingtao Brigade continues to heroically resist overwhelming Chinese numbers. Elsewhere, American and Dutch submarines continue to make nuisances of themselves at Manilla and Davao.

Imperial Rikusentai overran Miri today, after an overland march from Brunei. The British base force there was no match for our elite naval infantry troopers.

Elsewhere, the USN has resumed its submarine patrols around Wake Island with at least three boats being spotted today.

I've actually got several task forces moving into position at the moment, but because they're sailing soooooooo slowly, it's rather boring.

I see you forgot to paint the bulls-eyes on those nifty battlewagons... Oh well, I guess I'll have to do my best to sink them anyway.

Canadian submarines have been sighted for the first time around Wake Island over the past few days.
