Try your hand at commanding thunderous Soviet tanks in the battle for Berlin
Matrix Games and Binary Evolution Studios (www.binary-evolution-studios.com) are thrilled to release a playable demo for their new WWII strategy release Operation Barbarossa – The Struggle for Russia. The demo is available from the Operation Barbarossa downloads page in addition to Gamer’s Hell and Worth Playing.
The demo will give players the ability to play through the tutorial and first scenario in the campaign as the Germans. A separate scenario is also available so players can command the mighty Red Army as they attempt to seize Berlin from its hardened defenders.
David Heath, Director of Operations at Matrix Games, said “This new demo for Operation Barbarossa offers just a small snapshot of the fantastic “General” series style gameplay that comes with the full game and its campaigns and scenarios. Couple that with the powerful yet easy-to-use editor and you’ve got a remarkable game system with outstanding replayability! Operation Barbarossa has everything that made the old classics great, but as a new supported game series with a full editor, the sky is the limit.”
