Status: offline 		I'm guessing it passes when equal to leader rating, otherwise rating of 1 would always fail.

Status: offline 		Not necessary. The definition has yet to be seen.
In the old days, Random (x) starts from 0 not 1 whereas Die (x) starts from 1.
