I'm trying to do an amphibious landing in turn 1 on Kuching. I dont want to use any of the prepped TF's so I assembled a new one in Saigon, loaded two NLF's and a big base force. I even used the "load only troops" command. Nevertheless it turns out that this TF is loaded, shipped to Kunching but does not unload. I tried this very same TF with a landing in Brunei and voila it works, about 2/3 of the troops unloaded at dawn of next day.

So what is the problem here? Both targets are jungle hexes and have the same distance to Saigon were the TF starts. Btw. I'm using CHS 1.06 with extended AB map. The only difference that comes to my mind is the defending LCU composition. In Kuching is a CD unit and a base force, whereas in Brunei only a base force is stationed. Are my troops worried about the CD's now or what??? Suggestions welcome...

Well, I never planned to use the editor (just dont know enough about this area of WWII) but maybe thats my last option to _understand_ whats going on here.

Has noone ever noticed such a behaviour in turn 1? I guess I'm not the first one to try an early landing in Borneo, am I?
