I have been informed by DR that my box has been shipping on 21st December 2007, and two weeks later I am still waiting for my precious item. So what is going on as it could not reasonably take so long for a package being shipped from UK to France... Usually I get a 5-6 working days delay for the delivery.

I am aware that it was holidays time, but if the French Mail was doing their job during this period, I suppose that the Royal Mail did it also.

Any assistance on that matter would be greatly appreciated.

Please e-mail us with your order number and we can find out what happened. Did you ship your package with a trackable shipment type or through regular mail?

I think I have picked up International Postal Service as I used to do in the past without any problem so far; should be regular mail.
Just understood that International Express Service is the trackable shipment option. Will go with this one next time...

Got a replay from Matrix support 24 hours after sending the email.
Just one word about the people in charge of the support; they should be informed that the package are shipped from the UK when the order has been placed through the Matrix Europe store as I was told all orders are shipped from the US.

I have checked the package that I receive today and it is the Royal Mail stamp that figures on it.

Unfortunately another issue is showing up...
I only get one CD in the box (1 of 2) with a 500 Mo installer. So where is the second CD (2 of 2) ???
Could anyone confirm me that there is actually 2 CD in the box?
IIRC when I have downloaded the game the installer was about 900 Mo size or even bigger.

Then I am obliged to request another assistance. Maybe one day could I order a Matrix game without any problem.
That's tiring me...

Hi
I have exactly the same problem.Game stops installing and asks for Disc 2.
I think it stops when installing map Desert 2

To make things more interesting, we just started receiving these reports of a missing second CD on some CCMT copies. Based on our initial investigation, apparently a new packer at the UK warehouse was somehow not informed that this title needed two CDs and was packing it with only one. We are shipping out replacement CDs to all affected customers at our cost.

Just e-mail support@matrixgames.com with the following subject:

"Missing 2nd CCMT CD"

- Include your order number
- Request that a replacement CD be shipped out to you ASAP

Thanks Erik.

That's great, I will do that even if there is no rush as I have already downloaded and installed the game.
Was just looking forward to put my hands on the manual. So there will be no color manual anymore?
I am a little dissapointed because CC:CoI, BF and CAW manual were in color.

Ready to purchase Eagle Day to Bombing the Reich and WitP:AE now.

I was just wondering what the estemated time of arrival is for the replacement CD. I sent an e-mail to matrix support on the 7th and haven't heard a word from you guys. I'm looking forward to play this game.

I have the same problem with CCMT arriving without disk 2. Have contacted Matrix twice using support@matrix.com over the last week but have yet to receive a reply. Have given details of my order and requested the second disk, but would be nice if support could email verification so I know it's on the way.

As far as I know, all reported problems with a missing CD (and unreported ones, we investigated the scope of the issue internally as well - it seemed to affect about two dozen orders) were already handled. Replacement CDs should be on the way to you all.

4 emails and still no joy
So we have a Patch for the game,Brilliant.
I have a copy for about 1 month and still havent played the game because of the missing 2nd disc ,Wonderfull.
Does anyone know when i will receive the missing disc.
this is definatly 3p,s

I still haven't received my 2nd CD. My order details are Order Number: 1636716529 , Order Date: 01-DEC-07. I have emailed Matrix at support@matrixgames.com twice, but still have not received any notice about when I will get the 2nd CD. Could someone at matrix please help me re this.

Same question here.

Following the instructions I sent an email to matrix support requesting the missing 2nd CD one month ago, and have got no reply so far.
When could I expect to get this missing CD?
I have been obliged to uninstall CC:MT, so can not reinstall the game because of this missing CD. No joy.
Although I have downloaded the game, I didn't burn the installer on a DVD or keep it on my HD as I was supposed to receive the box.

Any information would be appreciated.

My 2nd CD arrived yesterday.

Mine went missing the same time as everyone elses... err a bad batch of deliveries... so can't be far off for anyone else.

Ok, they were all shipped out during the same week and they go out from either the US or the UK, so the further you are from those the longer it can take. With that said, they were supposed to have all arrived by the end of January. I've asked for another follow-up from DR on these. If you still do not have your replacement 2nd CD as of today, please e-mail me directly at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order info one more time.

We initially got a full list of affected orders (which included everyone who e-mailed us and a few who didn't) and all those had replacements shipped out.

I'm in the same situation of the others: no CD2 in the box, no answer from your Support Service.
I live in Italy and Postal Services are not exactly so good as in the other european areas, but...

We apologize for this - the warehouse sent out a replacement CD to every affected order a month or more ago - unfortunately they used the same shipment option you originally chose on your order, so for some folks that was regular mail (which can take a long time to some parts of the world and can get lost).

Everyone who has e-mailed me since my last post that yours still has not arrived, FYI we are sending out another replacement CD to you via a trackable shipping method. I hope that you will all receive your second replacement shipment within a week or less.
