I have managed to make landing crafts and PT Boats, but landing craft button is always gray. How can I create landing crafts from supplies?

So far I have tried to make transport TF and load it full of supplies. Then I hit "next turn" and try to check "create landing craft/PT boats". Most of the time even PT Boats are gray and unavailable. But I have not seen landing crafts available. Its now April 1942 in grand campaign and I'm playing allied. When landing crafts become available?

I think only the japs get the landing Craft in this way...i could be wrong.

You are wrong.

Check the pool if PT-boats or Landing Crafts are available in pool. Also, base HQ seems to have an effect, I have had little success trying to create this stuff in Aus bases.

I am up to 9/42 in my PBEM and Landing Craft is not yet available.

Before you can build these vessels, they need to be in your "pool".

To determine when they get in the "pool" open the Editor Tool in the Scen Folder.

Load whichever scenario you are playing

Click on the Ships Tab

Allied Landing Craft are in the vicinity of Slot 6238
Allied PT Boats start at 6522

Look at Availability dates
