Aces, 40 more with 30+ kills not listed.
Fairly rounded out ratios, with kills pretty evenly distributed.

I rotate my frontline units in a leapfrog fashion.
As I move to the next base by land assault, I move the 2nd line of fighters up in place.
That way everyone gets a piece of the pie.

Lets see some of your guys crack units, and pilots.
Be cool to see them.

What a training program you have halsey. 509 kills with only 2 KIA and 2 MIA pilots from group. Awesome. Unless some of those kills come from pilots of disbanded groups totally unbelievable.

No real way to say if the game actually tabulates these correctly.

The other top squadrons do show higher losses, especially the P-47.

It does make the game more interesting.
You sort of get a bonding relationship with these guys.

Allied human vs Japanese AI on historical difficulty.
One day turns...

Nothing on Allied side is under AI control, only CS convoys run routes.

In WITP total skills of the squadron got screwed up quite fast, don´t know if the same thing is correct for AE. In WITP, after half a year of combat you couldn´t give a damn about the total kills, it just wasn´t correct anymore.

Nevertheless, your top squadrons look awful Halsey!

Years of combat flying.

The thing I do every time I get a new unit.
I fill up the pilots and replace the leader.
Then put them in training for the basic squadron skill.

Then, I never add anymore pilots until the number dips below the aircraft in the squadron.
