What conditions must be fulfilled for the Mission Pick Up land unit?
Why did I select that mission, some ground troops are not visible - I can`t choose it?

The unit must be of a moveable command. However you can move restricted command units if they are going from one area under the control of the restricted command to another (I am unsure about the 'white labelled' restricted commands like the US West coast command). By this I mainly mean ABDA and Australia commands - PM and Rabaul for instance.

There must be at least a level 1 airfield at the target, unless you are using floatplanes with cargo capacity.

The transport planes must be able to lift the items in the unit - in other words they can't carry 155mm howitzers or tanks.

I imagine there is a restriction related to the damage an airstrip has suffered but I don't know the particulars other than it will cause more ops losses - don't know if it can halt it all together.

I think that's about it.

Same - the units must belong to an unrestricted command. And of course must be in a port or coastal hex.

In my case, units are not an unrestricted command.
Despite this, are not available.

Yes.

Besides, I changed all possible orders, and nothing.

Picture of the unit might help. One thought is it a static unit?

Indeed that would give us the info to diagnose the problem.

So if they are RESTRICTED they cannot be picked up.

I've had problems picking up fragments . . . have to manually direct an fttf because the fragment is not listed on the forces available for pickup list. Even then the lcu sometimes 'sticks' to the base and the fttf won't move after loading the whole fragment.

One example:

LCU fragment - unrestricted, in combat mode, port hex
FTTF - apds on retire/mission speed going from Lunga to pickup at Russel (or Rossel, the one a couple of hexes nw from Lunga)

And if Cross Load (Troop in Cargo Space) not work?

And why do some of the LCU are listed pickup screen (RED) although it does not have the required loading area?

Probably because there's something in the unit that's too big to load onto the TF using the port facilities.  I've seen that happen when unloading and there's always something large (construction vehicle, AFV, CD gun, etc) that can't load/unload at the too-small port.
