Status: offline 		I have just tried to purchase Distant Worlds and after the payment screen I get the following error:

Error Number: 30060939 - 0

Hope someone can help I really want to try this game.

Tried again and it worked fine.

Please post your Order ID, the only way to figure out what the problem is here is to check by the Order ID (this is generated before the order is completed). Usually errors are because of either missing info or information that does not match in terms of shipping/payment.

Status: offline 		Hi Erik, I think I accidentally ordered 2 copies as I was having trouble with my paypal account. However, I'm successfully downloading a copy now so I have definitely purchased at least one. Is there any way you could find out for me? I would appreciate this so much!

Status: offline 		It appears I only have one receipt, which is good news. I think it's because I tried the european transfer option when I thought my paypal account wasn't working. I then tried the paypal account one last time (as the other payment option seemed too complex and would have taken days for my money to go through!) and realised I received a receipt and "begin http download" on the digital river site!

I'm assuming that means I'm ok and have just purchased one copy?

I select Paypal as the payment option, my email is the same as my Paypal account, but after I click the button to complete the order I get this message: We're Sorry. We were unable to verify your payment information. Please use an alternate payment option if available. Thank you

Status: offline 		Trying a different card can be helpful in those case. Usually it's just a slight difference between the info you input and what the card company returns that causes issues like this. If you continue to have issues, contact me at erikr@matrixgames.com and I can ask the store to manually clear your card.

Having the same issue here  - tried two different cards and paypal.  Maybe its my UK format address?  Getting the following We're Sorry. Your order cannot be completed because either inaccurate or incomplete information was entered. If you believe that we have mistakenly denied your order, please use your browser's "Back" button, re-enter your billing information, and try to submit your order again. It is very important that the billing address you enter matches the billing address of your payment method. If you continue to have problems please wait 24 hours and try again.(Error Number: 30024002 - 0)

I would suggest e-mailing me at erikr@matrixgames.com with any and all Order IDs you have along with the last six digits of the CCs you are trying and I can ask the store to manually clear them and work with you to get the order to complete.

Status: offline 		I mentioned in another post that Digital River's CC processor is messed up.

The only way I was able to order was to go through paypal, and use my pay pal registered email in the digital river store. See if that works for any of you guys.
